This shows you the current view of the Grote Markt from within the Stadhuis (City Hall), looking East.
On the far right you can see the Grote or Sint Bavo Kerk NL finished in 1515.
Also to the right is the Grote Houtstraat, the main street in the city centre.
On the left, through the trees, you can see the Brinkman Passage, which houses the Brinkmann Bioscoop NL, as well as the departments of Haarlem's municipal sector Stedelijke Ontwikkeling.
In the background you can just make out a statue of Laurens Janszoon Coster, circa 1370 - 1440, who may have discovered book printing years before Gutenberg did.
The image of the statue comes from Peter van der Kamp's Haarlem by photo site.

The images are refreshed every 30 s server-side, and are taken with an AXIS Network Camera owned by the Gemeente Haarlem NL.
